RETURN POLICY

Returns / Exchanges

Any unwanted items must be sent back to Camiller Creations within 14 days of package receipt.  Only unused, undamaged merchandise can be exchanged or returned.  Please contact Courtney@Camillercreations.com to initiate return.  Include the following information in your email:

Local customers may arrange drop off or exchange in Meriden, CT. 

Non-local customers must ship the items back to us for processing of the return.  Due to the cost of shipping, we are unable to offer free return shipping.  The customer can obtain their own shipping or request a return label.  The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.  If there are additional shipping costs to send alternate items, the customer will be provided an invoice.

Refunds for returns will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

Damaged Items

If you receive a package with damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of package receipt at Courtney@CamillerCreations.com or 203-503-7418.  Please provide photographs of the packaging and all damaged items.  After the receipt of the provided photographs and other documentation, we will submit a claim to the carrier.  Replacement items will be shipped out as soon as available with updated tracking information provided.

Without photographic evidence of damaged packaging and product, we cannot replace damaged items. 

FYI, when there is damaged merchandise received, the process we take is to submit a claim to the carrier for reimbursement via the package insurance.  Without photographs, we cannot submit the claim and therefore cannot be reimbursed. 

Non-Returnable / Refundable Items

All items that are in the Clearance or Sale category are non-returnable.  All items that are customized are non-refundable.
